Responsibilities Provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner Count/Reconcile Till's daily Record Payments and Bank Run Daily Balance Sheet Reconciliation - Send out Monthly A/R Statements- Assist in Receiving Inventory & billing out orders.
Seek resolution for billing issues on Special Orders and Purchase Orders Assist with data entry, typing, and document preparation as needed Assist with inventory management and ordering of office supplies Perform basic bookkeeping tasks using Epicor Qualifications Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills Proficient in typing and computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping Note:
