Be able to order products from appropriate vendors in a timely manner.
Maintain food and labor costs within company guidelines.

Experience:
1-3 years in similar concepts 3 years in a kitchen leadership role Education and Training:
High School Graduate Preferred
Qualifications:
Experience in in fast casual dinning Experience in traditional smoking techniques Experience in basic culinary techniques Daily Duties Maintain a Health Department score of 90 or better Maintain social media review star score of 4.
5 or better Update daily purchase log to ensure 28% or less food cost Record and document service line preparation of menu items Receive product daily.
Place date received and use by date on all product Review daily schedule to ensure adequate staffing while maintaining a kitchen labor goal of 17% of total sales.
Build daily master prep list and delegate it accordingly.
Daily cleaning and repair of the entire back of the house and smokers Maintain and accurate and current order guide.
